INFLUENCE ON WORK MOTIVATION, LEADERSHIP OF HEADMASTER AND WORK SURROUNDINGS TOWARD TEACHER WORK (Study Based On Teacher’s Perception Tegal State Vocational High School)

ABSTRACT


This research has a purpose to know how big is it to have effect on work
motivation, leadership of head master, and work surroundings toward teacher
work of Tegal Vocational High School in Academic year 2005/2006. It so
happens that the hypothesis in this research is to be found effect among work
motivations, leadership of headmaster, and work surroundings toward teacher
work.
The population of the research consist of all teachers of Tegal state
Vocational High School they are state Vocational High School 1,2 and 3. The
number of teacher work of Tegal Vocational High School both partial and
collective. It means that independent variabel can be used to clarify a dependent
variable. It so happens the value of determination is 64,5%, it means that 64,5%
an independent variable can be used to predict dependent variable. In other word
teacher work can be explained or an be predicted with the value of work
motivation, leadership of headmaster, and work surroundings while its remains
35,5% is explained by another variable in this research.
